Growing up in the midwest with parents of the same generation we found ourselves eating a lot of the same kinds of foods—canned vegetables, pasta sauce from a jar, meat and gravy—lots of spaghetti dinners with ground beef sauce.
But now we are adults and we can eat whatever we want. We want to eat better food and this is us documenting our trials and errors. We don’t always know what we’re doing but figuring it out is the fun part.
